I decided there are some things I need to work on and if I make a list
and post it here maybe it will help me actually stick with it.
- I want to drink more water
- take better care of skin
- wear pretty dresses... all the time!
- also, wear pretty and comfy pj's after reading this
- stop using plastic bags
- eat more organic foods
- read more and watch t.v. less
- also, write more
- stay in better contact with friends
- start doing yoga again
- be more positive and laugh a lot!!!!
That's not too much to ask from myself... is it?!
